Identified -
Due to AWS infrastructure issues in us-east-1 region there is a chance of intermittent issues related to internal AWS networking.
Right now we're seeing issues with using our global login portal login.criterionhcm.com. As a temporary workaround it's recommended to use your own companyname.criterionhcm.com login page. We're continuing monitoring AWS's progress in resolving networking issues.
